Characteristic:
High frequency welding have good tube shape, uniform wall thickness, the inside and outside burr produced by welding slick by corresponding cutters, use nondestructive testing (NDT) methods to control of welding quality through leveling online , high degree of automation, low production cost. But wall thickness not more than 12 mm, tube diameter is generally not more than 610 mm; it is especially suitable for making pipe frame structure.

The pipes shall be furnished with plain ends beveled to angle of 30 degree +5, -0Degree with a root faces 1/16" + 1/32" and supplied with metallic or plastic bevel
Protectors with water proof cloth attached on both ends of each pipe.
